New guy here, married 25 years. Wife and I bought a dildo online, too big. Went to local shop to look and feel and bought one. Did not contain latex, but her skin is burning. It cost $13. I'd pay a lot more, but don't want to just throw money away. I need information. Looking for 6-7 inches long, 1.5". Will pay anywhere up to $100. The too big one was 1.75".

All of this is completely new to me. I really don't know much at all!

    Please advise.

well i don't know what you two prefer, but i do know those sites give dimensions. I really don't know what to recommend as i do not know you two, but searching is probably the best thing to do to find what's right for you two

From someone who sells them for a pseudo living I can't even give you a "solid" recommendation.

My best bet? Due to her tightness and reaction to synthetic materials? Go for a smaller glass dildo. They come in all sizes, every one that I've bought has been great. Anywhere from ebay to adult stores sell glass ones.

Glass is easy to clean and does actually come in vibrating. :) You can freeze and boil and it wont break. You can also use them in the shower. It shouldn't cause any reaction to her skin.

A brand that is really good and not hard on the wallet is "Don Wand" They come in every shape and size. Just google shopping search that term, or check on Amazon or any toy website for them.

Other glass dildos are good too, but this brand seems the most popular among (my) shoppers and myself.

I've got a question that may seem foolish.

Did she wash the thing before she used it? Synthetic materials are made with all kinds of chemicals and adhesives that can irritate the skin if they aren't washed before use.

Thank you for the succinct response. Sometimes searching a site is like the needle in the haystack dilemma. You addressed my questions by recommending something that was popular among users (always good), a non- irritant material, and a variety of doable sizes. :)

I washed it with soap and warm water. I'm concerned that I bought a cheapo and got what I paid for. Will next try the don wand glass. Any thoughts on a glass dildo would be appreciated. Thanks for responding, not foolish at all. I'm pretty much a virgin in toy land.
