I have recently given the wife a list of fetish/fantasies that I would like to do.

I now believe it was a mistake for now she is feeling that she cannot/will not partake.

8 years-2 kids later and the end looks near. How to avoid the end?

Why do you feel the end is near? How extreme are these fetishes?

Do you think that maybe your fetishes were just too out there for her?

How far where you looking to push the envelope? Are we talking trying to get her into a swinging lifestyle or I want to be tied to the bed?

Fetishes are not everyone's cup of tea, you have to accept and respect your wife's tastes and limits unfortunately, you have to let her know, and also let her know it's a wish list that may never happen.

Doesn't mean the relationship will end though. Do some serious talking.

I think there's a lot more to this story than we've been told.

Thought so too, but didn't bother asking. On the grounds of what is written it should not break up a relationship if approached properly.
    SHOULD NOT being key words.

Maybe the info can be volunteered.
