do they work can you get them with out an rx?
I can't say whether or not they work, but I can say that at least in the US you can't get them without a script because they are a prescription pharmaceutical . It warns that it should only be used by men with legitimate ED issues otherwise you're risking severe and permanent damage to your penis.
I personally (were I a man) wouldn't want to try and locate a suppository that I shove inside my dick without a prescription and a doctors visit first.
You do need a prescription because alprostadil is dangerous and you need to know what to do with priapism. Injected alprostadil is the most effective way of taking it if you have ED, and the injection does not hurt.
