Only thing I remember watching as a kid was Darkwing Duck. Having seen it now that I'm an adult I can't say there's anything perverted about that show. It just isn't as appealing as I remember it was.

On the topic I think that adults who knows about sex and more perverted stuff can have a tendency to see perversion in things where there isn't any. And I doubt that the writers and directors of kids shows had any intention of inserting such innuendo.
Mostly just unintended stuff. Like Bert And Ernie, it's a no-win situation, yuo have a same sex roommates, you assume they're fucking. You have opposite-sex roommates you assume they're fucking, when you're a kid, they're just two best friends who live together lol.
But yeah most unintended, or things that you have to have some creativity to "see" lol

I think you're right though. I don't think the writers or producers of any child's program intended on making it sexual. It's just the adult mind twisting it to how we want to perceive it.

I actually think some of the sexual hints (wink wink) in old Disney movies are kinda cool . In Pinocchio, Jiminy Cricket is a bit of a naughty boy/bug (e.g. Jiminy's fascination for the can-can girls is unmistakable). Kids wouldn't even notice, but grown-ups get it. After Disney himself died there is nothing like that anymore, at least not to my knowledge.
