I have a question that I could not find it's answer while searching in this forum.

For girls (or guys) who experience anal sex; I want to know the precations for anal, not regarding the lube, communication, and gradual penetration, but regarding eating habits, shall I have anal sex just after having a meal, or better with an empty stomach??

Also does it really have this effect on the anus muscle?? like I heard that anus gets wider until one day it gets out of control.

Did any of the girls here regret having anal sex and wished they have never started?

I am curious about that, I am anal virgin (except for my fingers), but I am suspicious to take a further step.

i don't think it matters if you just ate something or not since it takes a while for anything to digest anyway.....it's more about the last time you went to the bathroom. you could try enemas if you're worried about poo.

i've never had a problem with my ass not going right back to the size it was before. i think if your ass is forever widened, you've done something wrong.

i have no regrets at all (except maybe that i didn't start sooner!) and it has become one of my favorite things to do.

So you say unless I am just out of the toilet (4 hours maybe) .. I shall not concern about timing to get my ass stuffed??

I think this is only an issue if you're a porn star and doing a lot of anal a lot of the time. If it's just some anal here and there, I don't think you need to worry. Even then, it's not like you'll have issues with control of your bowels or anything.

There is the issue of the "gastrocolic reflex"....a full stomach usually stimulates colonic peristalsis to move feces into the rectum, causing an urge to hit the bathroom. This occurs so the bowel will be emptied prior to the new meal arriving much later....so don't have dinner AND perhaps use an enema for added assurance and confidence.

Well an empty stomach would be good,but whatever you do "Just don't go an eat of bunch of damned ole beans,now that would cause some alarm no doubt!!
