I have done it in numerous different locales numerous times over the years - all unplanned and opportunistic. Disney WORLD (Orlando) or Disney LAND (California) as I don't recall there ever being a ride where you sit in a booth and ride past a lot of Disney characters, less you're talking about animatromic characters, then well, that's every ride.
