[Female] What are ways you shave your vagina?

I have a problem with shaving down there. Im overweight but I dont like hair down there. So everytime I shave, i get bumps and itchiness down there.

My mom says use deoderant and then it will go away. That only works for a few days.

Is there a shaving way to get rid of the bumps and itchiness

I found that the first few months of shaving myself bare left me with a lot of skin irritation but, after doing it daily for a while, I no longer had that issue.

I use shaving gel and a 4-blade razor. I also make sure I change the heads on my razor on a regular basis.


Maybe you just need to give it more time?

I've read, but can't find it now, that Visine acts as an astringent and helps with the irritation. I'd suggest a Cleancut razor (it used to be marketed by Seiko) be sure it's the original and not some cheap knockoff.

First times are always itchy.
