I know someone who is into RP big time. I'll see what he says. He has spent hundres of dollars getting books to support his hobby. It started with DnD years ago and grew from there. I don't know if he does sex themed games, if that's what you are looking for, but I'll ask. Otherwise, I've never heard it mentioned here.
