Money problems...thinking about sex with my partner online for some cash.

Is this legal? We love sex and love it dirty, so why not put this to use? I work at the moment but he only works intermitently via an agency and is finding it hard

Money problems...thinking about sex with my partner online for some cash.

Is this legal? We love sex and love it dirty, so why not put this to use? I work at the moment but he only works intermitently via an agency and is finding it hard to find work therefore I am paying bills and rent on my own at the moment even though when he does get a pay packet he gives it all to me. It is putting a strain on our relationship. Anyone else done anything like this?

Can you be more specific? I'm not sure what you are proposing to do. Haxe sex for money online via webcam? Those already saturate the medium, as do homemade porn movies. Your local laws will dictate the legality of producing it. Internet viewers local laws will dictate the legality of watching it. That doesn't stop too many though.

I see your location states England. England and Wales can be a bit prudish when it comes to porn and the laws are confusing. For example Human Rights Act 1998 Article 8 (right to privacy & family life) & Article 10 (Freedom of Expression). However Obscence Publication Act 1959 defiines obscenity and what you are proposing might fall into that definition. Nonetheless with the passage of the Human Rights Act 1998 all laws must be interepreted within the framework of the Human Rights Act 1998 (for example see section 3 & 4). However with Article 8 & 10 of the Human Rights Act there are limitations such as public policy which means even though you have a right to express yourself the court may feel for example on the basis of public policy that showing is illegal. Finally in no way can this be considered legal advice due to the fact I am highlighting how conflicting the laws can be and why you need to seek out legal advice. The best thing I can recommend you do is ask a solicitor what rights you have in the UK to do this and many, not all, do offer free consultations ranging form 1/2 to an hour. Hopefully I have helped and not confused you even more.

there is the option of becoming models for a webcam agency. me and my ex did it for a few months and made some decent money. we just got online and chatted with folks, and if they so chose, we'd go into a private chat and do as they pleased. for every minute we were private we made about 2 dollars. we did pretty well with it. you can really get some followers doing that sort of thing. plenty of ex-porn stars seem to be doing it also as a more comfortable, home-based means of making your money.
