I'm sure you've done your own research by now, but we had some that weren't exactly perfect. The vibrator wasn't that strong, and although it was over the area it didn't really stimulate the clit enough for orgasm. Also, the remote didn't always work first go, but when you're in company you can't really ask your partner if it was working or not.

On an up note we had tons of great sex prior to use, and I turned it as she pushed down on it while in the car on the way home (I had to put the demister on then).
