Well if she is genuinely your friend treat her with respect, do you have feelings for her or is it just lust?
Maybe the FWB idea aint so smart unless there's obvious chemistry from her.... you risk loosing a friend if you push it, and if you try to pants her under false pretenses and she has feelings for you you'll look like a dog...
