Installing updates

I wish there were was a way to install some updates in the program files in my wife's brain.

updates like:

lovetosuckpenis.exe
tryswallowing.exe
tryanal.exe
donotcoverfacewithcomforterwhenIseesemeninporn.exe

I'd download everyone of these updates and hit 'run' and 'install'.

Isn't it true that in some cases expressyourfeelings.exe will result in the ironskillettoyourhead Virus if the wrong input is used or during an input/output error??

You gotta install the expressyourfeelings pop-up blocker. That filters out the stuff that leads to the ironskillettoyourhead virus.
