Here's an idea...cut up some fruit (strawberries, banana, pineapple, grapes, etc.) and get some dipping sauces (chocolate, caramel, powered sugar, make some cherry sauce out of marascino cherry juice and sugar, etc.) Have her sit somewhere comfortable, laid-back, and dimly-lit with her eyes closed. (Sitting such that she's upright and able to eat, but leaned back, relaxed and comfy is ideal.) Tell her to keep her eyes closed, you feed her different fruit/dip combinations and have her guess what they are.
As you're feeding her the fruit, touch it to her lips or tip of her nose, and when she's just about to get it in her mouth, pull it away...tease her and make her work to get the fruit.
Accidentally-on-purpose drip the dipping sauce on her lips, cheeks, neck/chest, maybe a little on her clothes, and lick off any that you "accidentally" drip. Start off slow and only getting a few drops on her, then escalate it and just make a sexy mess out of it...get it on her chest, arms, stomach, legs, and anywhere else you can get it. Pull off pieces of clothing as you go so they won't get "messed up".
