LMAO, sorry, this is why I jump into the shower before we do anything. Although he is aware of "toilet paper fuzzies" (as I like to call them), he is also aware I am embarrassed by them. They do not bother him, he picks it off me or his tongue and goes about his buisiness if they or there, but I make an effort when possible to get rid of them.
Charmin is the best brand to reduce the possibility of them, but not completely.
Don't embarrass her for the most part. Snatch it off your tongue and tell her it was a stray hair or something and don't let it get to her, if in the moment.
If it is a problem that happens often, take a shower with her and help her wash it off, or if you are to the point to her asking to buy her some toilet paper, buy the better brand and drop a subtle hint.
It happens to all women, we do get the toilet paper fuzzies, (and so do you men round the ass) especially when using puplic toilets and they don't even know what 1 ply toilet paper is!!!
The bottom line is, if it bothers you that bad, just simply help her wash the problem away. If ya'll are open to converse about sex, then straight out tell her. It doesn't take much more than a couple of splashes to "rinse" away the problem.
