What symbol goes between two words, if it is desired to find posts with both words somewhere in the post?
If two words are used in the serach box, all posts are displayed with either word somewhere in the thread. The word being searched appears in Red Color, when the post is accessed, form the search results list.
Perhaps someone has a Link to a locaton where the V-Bulletin search mechanisms are explained.
I feel there are more search options than I am able to figure out so far.
Here is a V-Bulletin Info Link:

I just tried: massage / oil
That seemed to narrow to the search to only threads in which both the words Massage and Oil were used in the thread.
ALSO WORKS TO LIST THREADS WITH BOTH WORDS:
Massage x oil
massage A oil
Any Letter or symbol can be insterted between two words, to require both words for listing in the search results. EXCEPT, symbols from the SHIFTED top row, & * _ don't work. Also - has Exclusionary Effect.
Didn't Work: Massage & oil; Massage * Oil; Massage _ Oil:
UNEXPECTED: Now when I put in two words, only threads with both words are listed. Prviously, threads with either word would be listed. Strange.
EXCLUSIONARY EFFECT: How about how to search all threads with one word, but without another word. Like search for all threads with the word MASSAGE, but without the word OIL?
Massage - oil (Gives all threads with the word massage, except those threads that contain the word oil)
The Search Results are Search: Key Word(s): massage, -oil
The - in front of oil means that threads wtih the word OIL are exluded.
