As the others have said "lost of lube".

Just a ward of caution regarding numbing anal lubricants... Your pain receptors exist to tell you when something is wrong. The anus is a delicate orifice; using numbing agents will prevent your pain receptors from letting you know when you are causing harm to your body. You would be wise to forgo the numbing lube and just use the regular kind instead. I love anal, but I don't want to see anyone getting hurt.
