Sometimes with those, all you can do is rub, lick and stimulate the hood. It's apparent theres something firm inside of it. When she gets excited enough it'll sometimes peek out. I don't know if it will help you but I have been having "relations" with my wife for 5 years now. Sometimes it is harder to find than others so heres what I do.
