How To Post An Avatar

I'm new here, and was hoping someone could tell me how to post an avatar. I go into the user control panel, choose edit avatar, but there is no place where it says browse.

Also I can't get rid of where it says use no avatar. Any advice would be greatly aprreciated.

No problem - once you've obtained 59 more posts, you will have the option to have an avatar. A member has to have 60 posts to do so.
So settle in, get to know everyone, enjoy yourself, and before you know it - you'll be able to have an avvy!

Just keep posting, but don't spam and you'll have it in no time. BTW, welcome to the forums.
