I was under the impression that semen was mostly reabsorbed into the body if not released.
Sperm does, I believe, otherwise your balls would keep getting larger I always thought that if one didn't have enough ejaculations to empty the tank, that's when you'd have nocturnal emissions. So I don't think that's absorbed.
