| | Enema tips, first time use for anal sex
Hello,
My girlfriend and I are going to try anal sex. We have talked it over and she wants to try but just has some cleanliness issues. She is embarassed about being dirty for me. So I looked into enemas. I picked up some disposable ones from the CVS but I had read that they are usually given warm.
1. These are in disposable latex bottles I don't know how you would warm that? Do they work well enough room temperature?
2. Also I saw a re-usable rectal syringe that you could fill yourself. What is the best way to clean those and what do you fill them with?
3. Most of the google searches talked about hanging the enema bag from somewhere and using a clamp and stuff. Apparently that is different from the two I have mentioned using. Aren't the bags more complicated?
4. My disposable enema has 4.5 ounces but I have heard you only need about 2 ounces per use? Are the disposable ones good for 2 uses then?
5. Say we administered the enema on the bed. We hold the position for the 2-5 minutes until it feels like you have to evacuate. Do you have enough control to kake it to a bathroom in another room or should all of this be done in the bathroom?
Thanks,
Chance ^_^

1. These are in disposable latex bottles I don't know how you would warm that? Do they work well enough room temperature? | The enema you bought has a chemical in it to help evacuate the bowels for a person that is constipated. You don't want that! You dump the contents out and refill the bottle with clean, warm water from the tap. Warm water enemas are much gentler and safer on your digestive system. Quote: |
2. Also I saw a re-usable rectal syringe that you could fill yourself. What is the best way to clean those and what do you fill them with?
| Anything like that should be cleaned with warm, soapy water. Again, you would fill with clean, warm tap water. Quote: |

| A bag is probably overkill. All you need is a Fleet enema, just a refillable squeeze bottle from your local pharmacy. Probably the same as you already have. Quote: |
4. My disposable enema has 4.5 ounces but I have heard you only need about 2 ounces per use? Are the disposable ones good for 2 uses then?
| You fill the bowel with water until you feel 'full'. The amount varies from person to person. You may need more, or you may not use it all. Quote:

| With the chance of leaking, I'd say it's best to do this on the floor in the bathroom. Spread out a towel to lay on, and perhaps a pillow. But the actual act of an enema is not all that romantic nor comfortable. It's just a hygienic step. Remember to repeat the plain water enema until the water comes out clear.

Thanks for the help. I've got a couple more questions.
6. So should I just take the enema back and get an actual rubber rectal syringe or does the latex one work just as well(it does seem like it would wear out at some point)?
7. Clean them out with warm water. Do I just fill it half way and shake it alot? It isn't something that you can scrub.
8. Now as for the actual enema liquid what do you make the water soapy with? I only have bar soap. It seems odd to put something for external use inside of you.

| That's what I do. Just drop in some liquid soap and fill half way with water. Quote: |

| No soap! For the enema, you just want plain, warm water. I don't know what soap would do to your digestive tract, but I can't imagine it'd be good for you.
I really hope this helps!

We use a Fleet Enema before anal. Empty the laxative solution that comes with it-rinse and refill with luke warm water. Lube it and insert. Use half of the wat and then expel. Lube again and use the other half of the water. Shower and you should be squeeky clean. It just takes a couple of ounces of water to do the job. No need to use a large apparatus. DW uses an enema before anal and I use an enema to prepare for prostate massage.

| Back in our swinging days the wife was careful about
Herself, She has never had anal, But she would prepare for it every time.
in case someone demanded anal (No one ever did)
But She researched the subject and the advice to swingers
put out by the swinging clubs was to use 4 oz of warm water
with a little soap in it. dropping a bar in while running the water was
ok. Then 20 minutes later repeat the feat w/o soap.
The fleet talked about here was not available at that time.
So she always took a regular douche bag with interchangeable
nozzles.
She would sit on the commode while taking it. She hooked it somewhere
(shower rods work) above her and their was a clip on the hose
that blocks the water until you are ready for it.
Remember always shower after taking an enema.

I would highly recommend skipping the soap and just using plain water. It may have been fine for your wife, Hiker, but the soap could kill off helpful bacteria that aid in the digestive process. There is a very delicate balance that exists in the digestive tract, you really don't want to disturb it.

Hiker | That just sounds kinda sick. I mean, if a guy demanded anal? Sounds like your wife was a victim, not a willing participant, and didn't really have a say as to what was done to her.
Sorry for the hijack, but, that word, "demand", just bothered me. | Barbwire a.k.a. Cowboy Lover |

Yeah, people who 'demand' things from me usually get nothing.

Sorry for the hijack, but, that word, "demand", just bothered me. | The word struck a nerve with me too, but I decided to skip over it for the purpose of the thread. To me that's a whole other topic. | Quote:

| Hey peeps
A question was asked and i answered honestly just the way we did it.
Lovely was a very cautious person when it came to swinging
And I stated that nothing demanding ever happened.
And we have only good memories of our swinging days
The people we swung with were probably more sencier
than the average person and we never had a problem.

hiker | Hun, it wasn't that you answered the question. I thought the way the statement was made was somewhat different. The way I interpreted it was that people demanded things from her often, but not anal.Be careful how you use words. The slightest change could make all the difference. |
Shine on, you crazy diamond.

just found the forum today, and hey its good to find it!
saw your post, and thought to mention a video made by a pornstar called Belladonna, all about using an enema. Very educational and funny too, and gave me and my partner all we needed to know to get us started in the delights of anal sex.. you know the ol' saying a picture tells a story of a 1000 words
if you google belladonna enema guide rapidshare you should find it.
(not sure if site allows you to post rapidshare links)
