I would not base what I try in my sex life based on a porno movie. To begin with moving from anal sex to vaginal sex without cleaning up first is an extrememly bad idea. Reason being it increase the risk of developing a vaginal infection and developing P.I.D. (Pelvic Inflamatory Disease) for the female. The only way I would consider it would be if a condom was used to minimize the risk of urinary tract infection for the male during anal sex; once he pulled out he either changed condoms or not used a condom depending on your practices for vaginal sex. In our younger and more inexperienced with anal sex we tried what you described only to have my partner develop a vaginal infection that required two weeks of treatment with no sex. So we now do it as either vaginal or anal, not both. My recommendation would be not to try it.
