I use Cialis because I have to, but unless you have a specific medical condition, I don't recommend using these medications because they have side-effects that can be serious, perhaps lethal.

First up, you must get your blood pressure checked, see an opthamologist, do not take certain medications and so on.

Although I have to use ED medications, even low doses of Cialis take me back to being 18. I can get hard within ten minutes of coming, and this also shows how effective Cialis is compared to Viagra (as long as Cialis is taken regularly, once-off it is not so good).

I have used Cialias and Viagara,
Cialias being by far the best. It will last 24 hours.

But a word of caution, Never use either with
a over the counter drug such as Yohambre. I did
once and was wiped out the next day,
I use a blood pressure med. And I really wouldn't
worry to much about it as long as you aren't
using 3-4 pill a day, I use only 1/2 a diovan pill a day.

Thorn is 58 (hell, he'll be 59 in February ) - he used viagra once, just to see what it was like (Lord knows, he didn't need it!) - and he totally wiped me out! His intensity was ... scary!

I mean, I'm all for hard, crazy sex.... but it was beyond wild! I seriously was concerned for his health (along with MY vaginal ability to take the mayhem )

He had another viagra pill, but tossed it. Our passion is plenty enough to enjoy - - if he starts taking that regularly?? I'm gonna be one worn out woman!!
but that's not necessarily a complaint

When I was a teenager, we didn't have MTV.
We had to take drugs and go to Rock Concerts!

As Cbrmale, I've had some medical conditions that made me try Viagra. I've used it, Cialis and Levitra for about a decade. I'm currently using Cialis. It's not a necessity, but it helps. If I don't get hard within a couple minutes of my wife's efforts, or if I don't stay hard, she's quick to give up. Consequently, I take it on our weekends, usually half a tablet Friday night, another half Saturday morning and another half Sunday morning. If we're on an extended weekend or vacation, I continue taking a half tablet every day. It allows me to get rock hard and stay that way as long as necessary -- an hour or two from start 'til finish for us, and usually a couple times each day.

Yes, she knows I take it. Sometimes she'll ask me if I took a tablet, either because she wants sex or because we just had sex and she's curious. The answer is almost always no, since she knows I take it on weekends. If it's morning sex I don't need it; if she gets aggressive and gives me head (it's been years), I don't need it. But for a woody any time of day without too much stimulation, it does a great job.

Nš 1 Be sure you are already in good shape, heart wise and blood pressure wise. Also optic nerve damage can occur. Be careful.

The risk is not the medications, but the misuse. Like I said I can get hard ten minutes later, but should I follow through? I do sometimes because I am very fit and I am 100% checked by my doctor, so there isn't much risk. But the heart-attacks and strokes happen when guys overdo the sex because they can, and over-exert themselves when they shouldn't.

Optic nerve damage can happen, but it's not clear if this a consequence of the ED medications, or because many of the men who take ED medications have circulatory problems caused by things like uncontrolled diabetes. In other words, is the cohort more likely to get this (and other) adverse medical conditions regardless of the medications?

This sounds exactly like my experience!! One of our friends gave us a Viagra to try. We held on to it for several months before using it and it was great!!! Haven't tried in since though.

I don't know what the questions is, but sex is definitely the answer.
