This is like the party trick where you say something at one end of the line, and see what comes out at the other. The Kinsey study into female sexual response of many (many, many) decades ago did some tests to measure vaginal responsiveness using cotton wool buds. They lightly touched various parts, and deduced that the female vagina is more sensitive for the first 75mm. This is probably true, although we now know that heavy poking and prodding deep inside by a hard penis (or perhaps the first hard squirt of ejaculation) is different to light dabs with soft cotton wool-covered sticks.
However, there has never been a study that has said no nerve receptors, and indeed there are a couple of sensitive spots adjacent to the uterus.
If any woman felt her man come, it could possibly be via these sensitive areas deep inside.
