My boyfriend and I broke up

I know this isn't about sex. But just wanted to let you know why I might not be on here much for a while. My boyfriend and I broke up last night. He said that sex with me had become meaningless because he wasn't in love with me. The jerk!

i'm sorry. i had the same sort of thing happen to me. one day she woke up and decided she didn't love me anymore. anyways, he does sound like a jerk, so you'll probably be better off without him.
i know this probably didn't help, but i tried.

Sorry you had to go through the same thing. Helps to know I'm not alone. He's said he tries to love me but can't. He just started not coming home after work and staying out late at our friend's place. I know he was avoiding me.

You may well thank "the jerk" one day. Don't stay away from here. Join in on someones problems and yours will grow smaller in an instant. Much sooner then you now think you will feel better.

You do have a good point. It would help to feel needed and I might be able to help someone else.

At least now you have the chance like Mel said to enjoy being single for a while , live life your way and sooner or later something or someone far more worthy of you will turn up..

Love is a choice, not a feeling. It's truly being other-centered towards your significant other.

The feeling hurts. When I broke up with my GF she came up with some BS excuse as to why she couldn't be with me. While I couldn't understand why she broke up with me I understand it was the best thing for the both of us. I liked her a lot and I knew she liked me but we were too different. We were on two different paths.

I guess what I'm trying to say is while we may not understand the reasons now, it will become clear later. Once you get an oppurtunity to clear your head, you will know why.

I've been thur that same fork in the road, I alway thought about what it wouldv'e been like, most likely not ggod.


don't think about it to much and try to move on as quickly as possible, and surround your self with those who love and care about you.
