How do I post Pic?

i dont know how to post my pic on here and i would really like to. can someone help me?

but to actualy put a pic up , well if you have the picture/s saved to your pc you can just right click on them copy and then paste them into here...

A picture where? An attachment? A remote link? A profile picture? An avatar picture? Please explain.
