It sounds like you just need a short term break from guys and just take some self time...do some things you fancy doing and that you enoy a lot...if your familt arnt the type to help or support you, then perhaps your friends might, if not then perhaps as steele said a counselor could help ( as in just someone to talk your problems through with )
