Premature AND Delayed ejaculation?

Ok, so here's the deal. Whenever I don't wear a condom, I last all of 3-4 minutes. But when I DO wear a condom I last so long, that I lose interest, and don't get off.

My only solution to this as of yet is to wear a condom for a while, and then take it off, but beyond the awkwardness of this, there's also the problem of unprotected sex.

Any suggestions?

sorry the only advice that could be helpful is to masturbate before having sex, a few hours before sex and then have sex without a condom just make sure she is using some other sort of protection.

Try a little lube at the tip of the condom before you put it on, You could try a vibrating cock ring

If you are quick, you can train yourself to last longer by not letting yourself cum as quick

Masturbation usually lasts me about 10-15 minutes...which I presume is fairly average?

yeah that is pretty normal, well you could try the other ideas

plus you can, when not using a condom, think about something else if you want to last longer when having sex

also I just realize that you said this is the first time you have had sex with out a condom, it may just take a little time to get use to how pleasurable it is, you may just want to wait until you are use to the sensation
