Feels like i ripped my tongue vein thing

well me and my girlfrind were messin around and doing alot of foreplay and we started 69ing and we both REALLLYYY got into it, i started goin crazy with my tongue and now the next day it feel like that little vien in the back under my tongue got ripped or strechted or something, this ever happen to anybody else, know anything to do to make pain go away faster? it was def worth it tho!!!!
