Yes, I have laughed after an orgasm (from intercourse). Not often but it has happened several times. Some people will cry. It's just another way of the body "recovering" from the event.

It's fairly common to yawn afterwards, especially when the orgasm was fanstastic. I know at least one guy who does that and he says that sometimes it's embarrassing because he doesn't want the girl to think he's bored. He's just really relaxed and satisfied. I yawn too sometimes.
